Student Led Conference

Here comes the time to learn

This time with a new twist and turn

A class setting and a uniform set

New students so many we met

The Vedic chants started the day

The whole day was planned our way

Haiku session, was another plan

Basho to come so fast he ran

The students explained the way to write

The parents trying so hard, was a wonderful sight

In the conference we had so much to share

To understand well, the parents had to change their gear

Music therapy, pesticides and space law

This time was something new they saw

Nanotechnology, Art and 3D printing we taught

A lot more knowledge they got

Stem cells and antibiotics we also shared

After so much hard work, we had no time to spare

The medical room was good for us

The parents measured their BP without any fuss

Technology room was a big hit

The models were outstanding all had to admit

The world war room was so good, they all smile in glee

We called each and every parent to learn and see

A math’s session we did was new

Vedic way was only known to few

Grade 6 introduced us to the travelers

We all were the observing passengers

Fa-hien, Hiuen Tsang and Megasthenes were the ones we called

That’s the way history should be recalled

This SLC was a great blast

We talked about the future, present and past

The parents loved the way we taught

Lots of new things they learnt and caught

This SLC was completely new

All the students were part of the crew

We all were overjoyed to share

That the SLC was a great fare
